Niesha Dayshaun Bentley
(Ni-esha)
is the sole-proprietor of Bentley's House of Fame. She is represented by Bankston Talent Agency. Before signing with the agency, Niesha earned a Master of Liberal Arts in Drama at the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts at Southern University and A&M College, a Diploma in Writing for Children & Teens from the Institute of Children's Literature, and a Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies at Rice University's Glasscock School. You may wonder why Niesha chose Paralegal Studies, simple, because of the business of "show business" and the many contracts performers are required to sign. All of Niesha's educational pursuits are prevalent in her coaching sessions.
Having worked as an Acting Instructor for Stage 2000 Talent & Modeling Agency, an Adjunct Instructor for San Jacinto Community College, a Theatre Teaching Artist for Main Street Theater, and an Academy Instructor for A.D. Players, Niesha gained insurmountable experience teaching theatre and acting. Hence, she began her journey to become a certified Theatre Arts Educator in the summer of 2020.
When she is not coaching or performing, Niesha is a contract Actress for Baylor College of Medicine's Theatre Outreach Program and a remote Research Assistant for LAVOW Theatre Co.
For Niesha acting is not a job or a pastime. It is her life! She "loves the art in herself, not herself in the art."
